For the campaign, we will release two short PSA-style videos on equal pay. The videos are meant to amplify the core issues and messages related to equal pay—fairness, equity, equal pay for equal work, and the wage gap. The videos will be released on March 30th and 31st.


[Video 1] Equal Pay: For Us Today for Them Tomorrow

Featuring Kids at Lafayette Elementary School in Washington, DC.

Video Overview: The video uses second and fifth grade students at a local elementary to talk about pay gap. Students perform a job, are rewarded (paid) for the job, and discuss the disproportionate rewards the receive. In addition to the main video, there are several shorter clips that can be used to amplify the video’s core message. This video is in partnership with the Time’s Up Foundation.

[Video 2] Fight for What You Earn:

Video Overview: This video focuses on the WNBA and the U.S. Women’s Soccer Team efforts to win equal pay and to raise awareness about the pay gap. It features players, celebrities and sports personalities providing commentary on the issue of the pay gap and the issue of equal pay for equal work.
